Sarah Mitchell Anderson (b. 1985) is a contemporary visual artist based in Berlin and New York. Working primarily in large-scale installations and mixed media, Anderson explores the intersection of natural phenomena and human perception. Her practice investigates the boundaries between physical space and psychological experience, often incorporating elements of light, sound, and organic materials.

After receiving her MFA from the Royal College of Art in London (2010), Anderson has developed a distinctive artistic language that combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative digital techniques. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including solo shows at the Museum of Modern Art PS1 (New York), Tate Modern (London), and Hamburger Bahnhof (Berlin). Notable group exhibitions include "Digital Landscapes" at Centre Pompidou (Paris, 2018) and "Future Forms" at the Venice Biennale (2019).

Anderson's recent work focuses on the relationship between environmental changes and collective memory. Through her immersive installations, she creates spaces that challenge viewers to reconsider their relationship with the natural world and technology. Her ongoing project "Echo Chambers" (2020-present) has received critical acclaim for its innovative approach to sustainable art practices and community engagement.
